About Us:
- The Village of Green Trails Association, Inc. manages approximately 185 acres of common ground, including a lake. Our common ground is shared between 6 residential subdivisions and some commercial property. We became a corporation in 2019.
- This association is the umbrella organization for the 6 subdivisions and commercial property within our boundaries, meaning, the rules for the common ground within each subdivision must follow the Village of Green Trails indentures and by-laws.
What's Included in this Website:
- Announcements, Contact Information, Financial Statements, Meeting Minutes, Indentures and By-Laws, and Maps. Navigate to these from the tool bar at the top of the home page.
- In the Maps section, one map shows where the common grounds are located within our Village, a second map shows the name and boundaries of each of the 6 residential subdivisions. The 6 subdivisions that make up the Village are Ladue Trails, Ladue Glen Court, Ladue Royal, Trails West, South Trails with Trails West Plat 7 (dba Ladue Woods) and Country Club Grounds.

Meetings and Announcements:
- Board Meetings - Monthly meetings are held in person or on video call. The annual meeting is held in May. We encourage owner participation. Contact Ken Koboldt for access to video call.
- Assessments - The current annual assessment is $250.00. Invoices are handled by Community Property Management (CPM). Payment is due annually by May 1. Be aware that late fees and other charges will apply.
